Birth Doula Package
I offer a full birth doula package including two prenatal and one postnatal visits. I use evidence-based research to help you prepare for your birth experience armed with knowledge and confidence. I offer a range of comfort measures and massage techniques to relax you through labour, and guide your birth partner in how best to support you.
Postpartum Doula Services
I offer a full range of postpartum doula services including overnight doula support, newborn care, breastfeeding support, cooking, cleaning, diapering, nap and sleep support, and household chores to make the early days with your newborn as calm and enjoyable as possible.
I also offer a full two-week meal preparation so you and your partner can forget about the stress of preparing nutritious postpartum meals and focus all your attention on your new little bundle of joy.
Newborn Care Specialist (NCS)
Today, more than ever, with major shifts in hiring trends, the #1 request from parents is for caregivers to have more in-depth industry specific training! Parents are now seeking high-value specialists and experts in the childcare industry who are more qualified and experienced offering innovative care and solutions. These specialists spend several weeks in a home after a child is born to help parents establish healthy eating, care and sleeping routines. Many specialists function as parent educators, teaching proper parenting and accepted baby care techniques.
As a Newborn Care Specialist I specialise in working with families in the first 12-16 weeks of life, helping them get well established as parents, helping establish good feeding and sleeping habits, and getting everybody off to a healthy start.
